In the design and dimensioning of hopper dischargers the most important issue is to understand the material behaviour. Using this knowledge the flow sections can be correctly designed to take into account the demands of the process.
The hopper dischargers designed by Hese Maschinenfabrik are customized for each client and based on years of experience with a variety of materials.
The systems can vary in structure immensely. If required, the discharger can be built to be mobile by serving several conveyors and it can be equipped with an apron conveyor, the more traditional chain converyor or with a belt conveyor.
In chain-driven systems, the rollers can be placed either in the interior or exterior and, of course, extremely wear-resistant steel is used for the full length of the chains. In some cases it is also possible to use troughed conveyors or screws, as well as change the technology for the vibrating feeders.
As for other systems, the best way to start the project is to visit the site and talk about requirements face to face and identify the baseline as comprehensively as possible. This means the project is set on the right path in the desired direction from the beginning and means getting off to a rapid start.
